Key Responsibilities:
Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily install.
Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.
Liaise with other departments to help facilitate the return of additional materials.
Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.
Update Zuno admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.
About You:
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle a range of tasks and workloads.
Self motivated, confident in working independently as well as being a team player.
IT literate with proficiency in mainstream software (Excel, Gmail, Word).
