Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to support our team in managing all administrative aspects of Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications, approvals, and communications. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate processing of grid connection requests and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy or utilities sector, strong administrative skills, and a good understanding of DNO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track grid connection applications with various Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
Maintain and update internal records and databases with the status of applications and correspondence.
Liaise with DNOs, clients, and internal teams to coordinate the progression of grid connection projects.
Ensure documentation and applications comply with current regulations, policies, and technical standards.
Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing of applications and deliverables.
Generate reports and summaries for stakeholders, including key dates, costs, and progress updates.
Support the Grid Connections or Engineering team with general administrative tasks as required.
