Operations Associate

In this role, you will provide essential operations support to our renewables team, helping ensure installations run smoothly and information is accurately maintained. Your goal is to keep processes organised, support the wider team, and help deliver an efficient experience for our customers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Renewables Operations team, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and manage installation-related documentation.

• Support the coordination of renewable energy installations, assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and operational queries.

• Work collaboratively with planners, engineers, and internal teams to resolve administrative issues and keep installations moving.

• Monitor outstanding tasks, follow up on missing information, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or office-based role.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the renewables industr
